Our two chalets: « the 360 and the KB », are recent (2022) and are equipped with RJ 45, Fiber and private wi fi per room and a SPA, they can accommodate up to 44 people in its suites.

Our seminars are suitable for all profiles and include a wide range of mountain activities

Supervised by passionate professionals, our activities range from hiking and climbing to introduction to ski mountaineering, via ferrata and igloo building. Each experience is designed to encourage mutual aid, trust and team spirit, while enjoying breathtaking landscapes in a protected site.

Conditions Générales de Vente

The tenant signing the rental agreement may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain on the premises at the end of their stay.
Rental Conditions:

The reservation becomes effective when the client has paid the owner the deposit of the stay price stipulated in the contract and has returned a signed copy of the contract before the specified date (corresponding to 8 days after verbal agreement).

In the event of an early departure, the rental price remains payable to the owner, and no refund will be made.

The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental, use it in accordance with the destination of the premises, and respect the internal regulations provided upon arrival.

The balance of the rental must be paid by check or bank transfer twenty-one days before the start of the stay, under penalty of termination of the contract.

Inventory/Security Deposit:

Entry into the premises will only take place after the inventory/condition of the premises with the caretaker.

Insurance and Pets:

The client is responsible for all damages caused by them and is advised to ensure that they are covered by a vacation-type insurance contract for these various risks (e.g., multi-risk insurance of the main residence).

In the event that the owner has expressly authorized the presence of a pet, it must be supervised at all times for hygiene and cleanliness reasons. Pets are not allowed to use beds, blankets, or armchairs. They will have a specific mat and dedicated bowls provided by the tenant, and the kitchen will be off-limits to them.

Payment of Charges:

At the end of the stay, the client must pay for any charges not included in the price, if any, and if stipulated in the contract. The amount is based on the calculations mentioned in the contract.

Cancellation Conditions:

Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter.

The deposit remains payable to the owner, who reserves the right to claim the balance of the rental if the property could not be re-rented for the same period and at the same rate.

The owner is not responsible for transporting their clients.

They cannot be held responsible for clients’ inability to reach the holiday destination for any reason, even in the event of force majeure. In this case, no refund will be made.

In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, a full refund of the rental may be provided in the event of the non-opening of the La Plagne resort.

Disputes:

In the absence of agreement with the owner, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of the owner’s place of residence.

      Our chalets are located in a classified site.

      The chalets are located in the heart of the classified site of Champagny-le-Haut, Gateway to the Vanoise National Park. Starting point for hikes to the National Park. They are just a few steps away from the renowned Refuge du Bois below (known for its Savoyard specialties). Views of peaks and glaciers over 3800 meters high and the highest point in the Vanoise (La Grande Casse 3855 meters).

      All Alpine Activities Exceptional Snowfall

      Renting our chalets to enjoy the snow ensures exceptional snowfall due to the east-west orientation of the valley. Access to La Plagne by mid-slope gondolas, return off-piste from La Plagne via Cul du Nant (recommended for experienced skiers and instructors) Cross-country ski trails and toboggan runs at the foot of the chalet, multiple possibilities for ski touring.

      Summer and Winter Activities

      Benefit from a setting offering numerous activities near the chalets: Dog sledding, Igloo with ice sculptures, ice climbing tower including night climbs, horse-drawn sleigh rides.

      In summer, horseback riding, (pony rides for the younger ones) Mountain biking for hiking and downhill. Via ferrata at the exit of the gorges, numerous hikes to the Vanoise refuges.

      Breathtaking Landscapes

      Champagny-Le-Haut is the starting point for numerous hiking trails, to breathtaking landscapes. Enjoy nature, proximity to wildlife, in a preserved high mountain valley. (classified site)

      Near the La Plagne / Paradiski ski area

      Champagny-en-Vanoise is part of the Paradiski ski area, one of the largest in the world, (from 1250 m to 3250 m altitude, 425 km of slopes and 130 ski lifts) Shuttles just steps from the chalet leading (10 minutes) to the cable car connecting Champagny le bas to the slopes on the heights of the La Plagne domain.

      The chalet accommodates up to 18 people in a warm setting with breathtaking views of the valley glaciers (Grande Motte and Grande Casse) and the numerous waterfalls.
